RGHOA is managed by a board of volunteers. New volunteers are needed each year to continue the smooth management of our neighborhood. We ask each household to consider volunteering for a position on the upcoming 2018 RGHOA board, to fairly distribute the volunteerism.
We all have busy schedules, but if each household take a turn to volunteer; we can continue to have the beautiful neighborhood we have today where our property values continue to grow. Several members on the current board will be reaching the end of their volunteer term; so unless we have new volunteers we will be forced to utilize outside paid management which will increase the cost of the current annual dues to as much as ten times the current $375.00 (2017).
